Order Cancellations, Returns & Claims
If you are not completely satisfied with your order contact our Customer Service Department Toll-Free: 1-800-874-1732 in the United States & Canada. All other locations

Returns will be accepted on stock catalog products by obtaining a return authorization number via our Customer Service Department. Freight on stock product returns is to be prepaid by the customer. Non−defective stock product returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Credit will not be issued for unauthorized returns.

We hope your order reaches you undamaged and complete. However, if you do have a problem it is important that you contact your freight carrier with-in 72 hours of delivery. If the carrier is not responding or if we caused the shortage, give us a call. We are here to help.

Freight Terms & Options
Most orders ship within 24 hours using the most efficient method available. Freight charges are FOB Jacksonville, FL and will be added to your invoice. If you need your order to deliver on a specific day and time the following premium services are available:

FedEx Priority Overnight delivery by 12:00pm the next business day (where available)
FedEx Standard Overnight delivery by 6:00pm the next business day
FedEx Second Day & FedEx Three Day Express Saver UPS and Truck Line services also available

Payment Terms & Billing
You will not be invoiced until your order ships. Payment terms are Net 30 days upon credit approval. To apply for Net 30 day terms please contact our Customer Service Department for credit application. All payments are to be made in U.S. currency. We gladly accept Visa and Master Card. Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) is also available.

New Accounts
We welcome new accounts and want to make it easy for you to do business with us. We require a low minimum opening order of $50.00 for first time purchases excluding freight and taxes. Subsequent orders less than $25.00 excluding freight and taxes will be subject to $5.00 handling fee.

Our policy is to maintain published prices. However, prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in U.S. currency. We try to make our best effort to ensure that the information in our catalog is correct. Simple Signman is not liable for misprints or errors.
